Why does my return show a $256100 Canada Pension Overpayment credit

This is after i tried to pull my T4 from CRA

It sounds like there is a decimal missing. Try going to the Income Tab -> T-Slips -> T-4's and look at each T4, check the amount in box # 16 & 26.
