printing previous years return

I have tried to register my account and im in some kind of loop I can see the summary of the 2018 return. but when I request to print it says I must register my account. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'm npot getting any where but I'm increasing getting frustrated.

I’m having the same issue and I need last year’s return for a loan I need to sign in a month...
