If the TurboTax installation process doesn't start, or if the installation doesn't complete successfully, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Insert your TurboTax CD into the CD drive, select Start from the taskbar, and then select Run
- Select Browse, then select your CD drive from the Look In dropdown field
- Select the Support folder, then select Open
- Select the file setup.exe (which starts with a lowercase "s")
- Select Open, then OK. The TurboTax installation process should now begin
