(TurboTax Business Incorporated) Why am I asked to purchase another authorization code when printing a T2 Corporate return?

If you originally started the return and incorrect information was entered for any of the following sections, you may be asked to purchase another authorization code:

  • Corporation Business number
  • Corporation name
  • Corporation tax year-end

Additionally, if you attempt to reprint the final copy of your return after the original print failed due to incompletion, you may also be asked to purchase an additional authorization code.

When this occurs, please record the Return Code (six-digit alphanumeric code) shown in your print request, then contact our Technical Support team at 866-438-8020 and advise them of the corporate tax year you're filing. They'll be able to supply you with the new Authorization code, which will allow you to print your return.
