I entered the license code from the mailing I received with the CD but it says it was already donwloaded to an account. I do not see a download on my computer though

I cannot enter the license code in the box.

Can you explain what occurs when you attempt to enter the license code? For example, are you prevented from entering characters? Did you get an error code?

Please reply to this post with a little more detail so that we can diagnose and resolve the issue.

My code does not work. I typed it in 5 times and it is correct.

No help on Customer Service 1-800 number either - just usual tech company voicemail hell and offer to send info by text (also useless).

You install the TurboTax software from the CD you purchased on your personal computer. During the installation of the software you will asked to enter the license code.
