16 digit licence code

I could not locate my 16 digit license code.  It did not appear on my payment receipt.  Only the payment authorization code and order number appeared as code type numbers.  I downloaded the standard turbo tax to my desk top.  How do I get this code? 

@quack Have you checked your junk/spam folder? The email with the Activation key may have gone there by accident.

I got the Payment receipt in my normal email. I checked junk mail for further correspondence.  found non
