2021 will not launch

Took forever to download and now will not load.

I got same errors, that I'm doing a "standard version Turbotax" form on the Turbotax website, and the form showing the tax year is 2018, how do I change the application form year to 2021?

You can log in and start a 2021 TurboTax Online return here. Please note that starting in 2021, TurboTax Online Standard is now called Deluxe.

I loaded my CD and at the point were it ask for LAUNCH everything disapeares like it shut down and never ask to enter licence code. program will not open

If you were installing TurboTax CD/Download and it didn’t automatically re-open the program after rebooting, check your Start Menu for the program icon. If it’s there, you can click on the icon to resume the installation.
