I purchased your service and my husband was supposed to receive tax return.
However, even in the end of July, CRA said "our 2022 return has not been received."
I was wondering if the submission was conducted successfully.
Also, I attempted to call CRA, and they are not receiving the call for 2h, probably due to higher volume.
I did not set up NETFILE, so I do not have a way of tracking those files.
What is the workaround to handle this situation? Is there a way to submit the form to CRA in the mail?
