A big BUG in TurboTax, very frustrating, been using TurboTax for 10 years. Cannot reach Support or send an email

Have screen shots and everything ... worse yet I cannot seem to be able to send them an email.

Thanks! I fixed it myself. Turns out it was not a bug, but was frustrating a bit.
