Activation Code email not received

I have not received the purchase confirmation email which is supposed to contain the activation code for the software download.  Please resend.

You may want to check your junk mail folder to make sure your TurboTax receipt didn’t end up there by mistake. If you still don't find it please confirm that the email associated with this account is still valid by replying YES or NO only.

I checked junk, no not there, cannot locare, to activate again

It is the 2022 Activation code, and checked junk and looked through all files, cannot find my instal for 2022 or activiatopm code.   Just need to get a copy of my filing for one return, as client has returned and now needs to file.  How do I get the code again. Please help
