Activation code for discount on Turbotax

Hi,

I have already completed my income tax return on the online TurboTax deluxe version. I am a CIBC credit card customer and I would like to know what I am required to do once I am ready to pay for the Turbotax. As a CIBC customer I should receive 20% off of $20.99.

How do I get an activation code?
