Activation code is not working at all

i created the account and it accepted the code without any issue but then i was about to submit my taxes, it started to give me error

Activation code is not working at all

You only need to enter your Activation Code once. If you try to enter it again, in the same account or in a different one, you'll get an error message, because the code has already been used. You can login using this page if you have already used your code: https://ww1.2020.turbotaxonline.intuit.ca/

Activation code is not working at all

Even if I sign out and in again, it still asks me for a credit card payment even though I have an Standard Online Edition Pre-payment Code.  What am I supposed to do?
