My activation code is not working. Trying to reach out to customer care but automated computer response is not just transferring my call. Please help me I bought this code from shopper drug mart. Please help.
Did you buy the Online software? If so, please go to turbotax.ca/activate.
If you get the error message "Something went wrong" you will need to sign in here: https://ww1.2023.ca.turbotaxonline.intuit.com/signin?_swlg=en and choose the tax software that you have purchased. Complete your return and when you get to the payment page you will enter your code in the coupon code box.

@Pennyguy If you bought TurboTax at a retailer (Costco, Walmart, Staples, etc…), please make sure that you are using the code that came in the package. It may be on a slip of paper or on a scratch-off card. It is not on the outside of the box or on your receipt.
If you have bought TurboTax Online, please go to turbotax.ca/activate to use your code before you start your returns. Using the code again will give an error message.

I bought the "Premier Online Version" and when I try to activate it I get a message "Licence code is not valid for the product you are trying to activate Error code 606"

I've tried that and its still not working. This will probably be the last time I use TurboTax now that the smooth operation does not work. Very disappointing, after 10 years with no issues.
@PKaleta If you have purchased a TurboTax Desktop version, you need to install it on a Windows OS. You can install using this link and us ethe 16 digit License code to activate the product. Please ensure that do have a steady internet connection when activating the software.
Make sure you have the administrator rights on the profile you are installing TurboTax on. You are not trying to install on a cloud .Turn off your antivirus software and Windows Defender, before installation.
If the error persist, we suggest you to contact our product support by phone.

First, please make sure that you have purchased the right product. The codes for TurboTax Online will not work with TurboTax Desktop & vice-versa.
