Activation code is not working.

My activation code is not working. Trying to reach out to customer care but automated computer response is not just transferring my call. Please help me I bought this code from shopper drug mart. Please help.

Did you buy the Online software? If so, please go to turbotax.ca/activate. 

If you get the error message "Something went wrong" you will need to sign in here: https://ww1.2023.ca.turbotaxonline.intuit.com/signin?_swlg=en and choose the tax software that you have purchased. Complete your return and when you get to the payment page you will enter your code in the coupon code box.

No, I didn't purchase it online. I bought it from a retail store.

Can you please confirm which TurboTax software you purchased if on the box it says Online or TurboTax Desktop, so that we can assist you better?

I purchased my delux online edition from Costco but the activation code is not working

@Pennyguy If you bought TurboTax at a retailer (Costco, Walmart, Staples, etc…), please make sure that you are using the code that came in the package. It may be on a slip of paper or on a scratch-off card. It is not on the outside of the box or on your receipt.

 

If you have bought TurboTax Online, please go to turbotax.ca/activate to use your code before you start your returns. You can see this TurboTax FAQ for step-by-step instructions: In TurboTax Online, how do I use a prepayment code? Please note that you can only use the code once in one account. Using the code again will give an error message.

I bought the "Premier Online Version" and when I try to activate it I get a message "Licence code is not valid for the product you are trying to activate Error code 606"

@iainhunter45 Did you buy TurboTax at a retailer like Costco, Walmart, Staples, etc...? Are you going to  turbotax.ca/activate to use your code?
