Activation

I purchased 2021 TurboTax and had the registration done. I installed it in my Home computer and in my laptop as well as on my work computer.

My home computer and laptop were replaced with new one few months ago. I no longer have my original computer at work.

I need to reload 2021 Turbotax on my new computer but it will not load indicating I have used up my limit of loading on 3 computer. What do I do I have a paid license. Please advise.

This is not a solution, just a canned response, appropriate department has not responded. Customer satisfaction score "0"

Unfortunately, you have already downloaded your TurboTax software to 3 computers and that is the maximum allowed. 

 

When you purchase TurboTax Download edition it does specify-  "TurboTax may only be installed on three computers, activation via internet is required.
