After I file my taxes can I go back and see the various $ amounts of rebates (eg trilium, gst/hst, carbon) I can expect to receive?

Yes. You can go back into your return and go through the review section again. But your CRA & Ontario Notices of Assessment will have the amounts, when you get them.
