How can I repair or reinstall a Download version of TurboTaX 2023 ?

  1. First make sure to uninstall any other 2023 TurboTax software on your computer.
  2. Clear your cache/cookies and restart your computer.
  3. You can use our 2023 TurboTax Download link to download the version you already purchased.
  4. You can now use the original license code received.
