ask paiement even if product show in my setting

I install turbo tax 2024. It show on my account setting / your product, that it is there. When I file the income tax, at the end it still ask for payment before transmit. If I try to enter the licence code again, it will give me an error.

If you have Installed TurboTax Desktop then you do not have to pay at the end. Are you sure you didn't log into TurboTax Online account and prepare your return using that version?
