Billing

Went through the normal process of doing my taxes through app but decided to pay the 19.99 this year and it gave me the option to use Google pay, but it said declined so I tried it again using my credit card through Google pay and it said declined but it popped up through my credit card app as having approved both times, how do I go about getting one of the charges refunded and finishing up my filing process?

I did my/my wife's 2019 Tax Returns using your Online system with my iMac desktop.  Despite the relative ease of filling in the program for both of our returns, when I sent my return through NETFILE to CRA and completed the request to use their online system to receive Notices of Assessment etc., the Turbo Tax program would not allow me to go back to the page to send my wife's return to CRA through NETFILE.  Despite what seemed like hours to search the Help icon and follow the instructions, the only way for me to go back to my Account to file it was for me to start all over with the Billing Order (for the 2 of us $19.99 each + HST or $45.18) and it did get me back to my unfinished NETFILING, printing and filing a copy.  Although this afternoon when I checked with the back in person and online, I have yet to see my first Order Receipt (T[phone number removed]) evident on my RBC credit card (only the 2nd - Transactiion #: T[phone number removed]).  If both were to go through, I will decline to pay it as it would be a double billing for 2 tax returns.  Please advise if you've verified and will continue not to submit one billing.  John (Allen) and Rosemary
