Booking a call from outside Canada

I am outside Canada now (in UK) and have just purchased full service and paid. When I wanted to book a call it would not allow me to enter my the UK number I am using here. You can give a number and I will call.

The Full Service experts can only phone Canadian phone numbers. In your return, your Expert’s name will appear beside "Documents" in the top right. You can click on the icon to send them a message.
