Literally nothing is working.
I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the program and the same bug. it just does not show the cca.
@questionsforever I'm not accusing you of anything. I can't replicate the issue on my side, so I would need to have your actual return file to test with. And if I can't find a fix for the problem, I can escalate the issue, but then I will need to provide a file that shows the problem occuring, not just a screenshot.
Without having access to your file, I would try making a new return to see if the problem happens again. You can also try reinstalling the software. You can download the Canadian version of TurboTax Desktop edition here: Where can I download the Desktop edition of TurboTax?

I think I mentioned I tried a brand new file and the same bug. the software is defective.
I don't know what you needed from me or how to get it .none of your contact info works.
thousands of people, maybe more after January update unknowingly or knowingly have incorrect tax info because of this software bug if they file a t2125 return.
If you call our phone support team, tell the automated attendant what your problem is, and then when it asks if you want it to send you information by text message or email, say no. Then it will collect some info and transfer you to a live agent. They are currently available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM ET for English and French support.

Is this bug not sorted? I completed my taxes, paid my fee and received a message that the filings could not take place because the CCA documents were being updated?
@user17725415855 Are you using any of these forms? Why does TurboTax say my forms are locked or haven't been finalized?
We're working hard to finalize all tax forms to meet Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and Revenu Québec (RQ) requirements. Some of these forms aren’t ready yet in TurboTax.
If your return has one of the below forms, you can't file your return in TurboTax yet. If you are a TurboTax Online customer, we will notify you via email when your forms are ready to file in early March 2026. We appreciate your patience while we work on finalizing these forms. Thanks
