Can I claim ITC on purchased vehicle if I registered for GST/HST account after I bought it?

in my situation,
on 10th April, 2022, I bought the vehicle
on 14th December, 2022, I registered for GST/HST Account
%95 for the use of business

Can I claim 100% ITC on the vehicle after the registration according to the dates I gave?

Your help would be appreciated.

For help with your GST/HST return ad what you can claim as an ITC, you will need to contact the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
