Can i retrieve the account I was working on as it had a glitch and I could not continue
You should be able to go back in your TurboTax account so long as you are signed in under the same credentials you entered when you started that specific income tax return and it will be listed when you open your online return- You will just click on "Continue" and it will bring you back to that specific one.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the TurboTax Community. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the Community and be taken to that site instead.
