Can I still use standard version?

I have a rental property. Can I still use the standard version if I know what I'm doing? It is recommending premier.

Also does the standard version work for both mac and PC?

Yes, you are able to still use TurboTax Standard despite being prompted to upgrade to Premier.  TurboTax CD/Download is not compatible with Mac, only TurboTax Online.
