Can my refunds be applied to my wife's taxes owing?

Thanks for your question. Your refund cannot be applied to your wife's tax owing. If one spouse is receiving a refund, they will receive it, and if the other spouse has an amount owing, they will receive a separate bill and he/she will be responsible for that. Thank you.
