purchased TT 2023 Premier for download. Downloads fine, Winzip self extractor runs and then disappears. No further action is evident. Nothing. I spent an hour yesterday with your tech support only to be told at the end there must be something wrong (Ya think???). I have TT 2015 to 2022 installed and operating with no problems.

Please try uninstalling TurboTax 2022, and reboot your computer. Then try installing 2023 again.
Are you using Windows 10 or 11?

Have you tried opening the download as an administrator? Or checking to see if there is any anti-malware program on your computer that is blocking the installation (ex: Microsoft Defender Antivirus)?
