Can't access 2023 tax returns

I need to print my 2021 tax return for my wife. I've logged into Turbo Tax 2021, and can see the 4 returns (2 federal, 2 provincial) but when i click on them I get an error page (the one with the puppy on it).
I need to know what steps to take to access those returns.

I can’t find my 2023 tax return and I require info to complete my rental income statement for 2024. There is a record of my son’s return but not mine.

You will need to make sure that you are logged into the account in which your tax return was completed. Where do I find a copy of my filed return in TurboTax Online?
