When I try to enter my licence code to start TurboTax 2023 it ignores the keyboard. So I can't type in the code and can't start the software...
I have uninstalled, re-downloaded, re-installed and rebooted but still can't type in the code.
So it works perfectly on my old crappy desktop, but it doesn't work on my brand new Lenovo laptop .....
Try using the tab or arrow keys to get the cursor into the text box so that you can type in the code.
Try changing the scaling settings of Windows to 100% if it's not already set to that. You can also try setting your screen resolution to 800 x 600, enter the licence, and then change the screen back to normal.
You might also be able to just move your mouse the blank screen and find the license code box by watching for the cursor to change.
No problen with the cursor as is blinking on the screen
Do you see where you are to enter your license code?
Even with the curser blinking, I cannot enter the licence code. I tried several times but the space remain blank while the curser keeps blinking. Is there another way to enter the code?
We suggest uninstalling and reinstalling TurboTax software this time open up Microsoft Edge download from there. Here is where you can install from.
Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
