Can't get past payment info in Secure checkout

I cant get past the payment info and billing address section in the secure checkout. It just shows "Oops! It Looks like we hit a snag. Please try again." but no further elaboration on any issues. I need to get through this section to download the software..

I am trying to get several products, specifically TurboTax Free 2018 and TurboTax Basic 2019 which I have to pay for.

Hi

 

I have an identical problem as the OP. I'm using Edge browser on Windows 11. I fill in the credit card info and press 'Continue' but nothing happens. No error messages at all.  The page doesn't change.

 

TurboTax Deluxe online is the product I'm trying to purchase.

It was Edge. Chrome worked
