Can't get past the "prepare return together" page

I purchased the Deluxe version from Amazon and got an activation code, which I've already activated. However, when trying to start a return, it asks "Do you want to prepare your return together with your spouse?" and I selected "Yes". But there is no continue button, it only asks me to buy 2 returns for $60.

I've already purchased and activated them and don't want to pay again.

Please help. Thanks

Have you tried clearing cookies and cache or using a different browser?
