I started using the online product as I could not find the download (they used to send an email with the product used previously). I almost finished my 3 returns, when the online version stalled out on a medical receipt. I can not back out of it. I exited the product and returned only to be directed to that medical receipt again which I can not delete. I looked online and found the download version - I bought it thinking I could open my online returns within that product only to discover that I can not - what a rip off!! They shouldn't have changed what they used to do before - very disappointed in the online product, extremely disappointed that they didn't advise via email for download links as they had in the past. Do better.
You have never been able to open or transfer a TurboTax Online return in TurboTax CD/Download.
To resolve your issue with the medical receipts - you may have to click "back" a few times or try selecting another page from the left side menu.
