Can the overpayment I made to Quebec QPP and QPIP premiums be claimed as a refund ?
I received two T4 and Releve 1 forms from two different jobs, and each had the QPP/QPIP premiums maximized, resulting in my payment being doubled.

File your taxes by reporting the amounts on the slips. When CRA/RQ assesses your return, you will get the overpaid amounts back as a refund.

Thanks. Can I then deduct the overpayment from the taxes I pay, until the CRA/RQ resolves this issue ? Any NOTE I need to add when filing my return ? Thanks.

No. You need to file your return and pay the amount you are owing. Then wait for your Notice of Assessment (NOA). If you have direct deposit set up with the CRA, you can get your refund in less than two weeks.
