Can the purchase of a new cell phone, partially used for work be claimed? If so, where do I enter it in the turbotax software? Thanks

If you have a for T2200 "Conditions of Employment" provided to you by your employer you can claim employment related expenses under the "Income" tab > "Employment Expenses".
