(Canada) Employment Expenses

This doesn't make sense to me. On my T4 it asks if I am going to claim COVID related expenses, I say yes. I've completed the detailed filing. When I go to file it gives me this error.

If I do what it says and go into my one T4 and say no, I get THIS error:

Which is essentially telling me to do the opposite of what it just told me to do. I don't understand what I am supposed to do here.

I'm really frustrated. I've been doing my own taxes for a few years now and never had issues.

No support here. I've tried calling twice and both times I was connected with someone who had a TERRIBLE connection or headset and, respectfully, a very thick accent which when combined made it almost impossible to communicate.

I FIGURED IT OUT

If you originally started completing the Employment Expenses section as a T2200, and then at some point switch to T2200s, you need to go back and reselect T2200 and go through every page and ZERO OUT all the information. THEN you can go back to the start of Employment Expenses and select T2200s
