You can buy the online version passcode at Staples and Walmart to be able to put in multiple returns for the same amount you would pay for the CD version. Here it was a blue and purple box. Much cheaper than filing individually online! We have 4 returns we file together every year and paying individually would be expensive!
The Canada Workers Benefit was added to your refund amount and therefore once removed it will lower your refund. In forms mode you can click on forms- Then Forms- form lookup and type in CWB- the form will come up.
Thank you for the response. Unfortunately in action the opposite happens, and it stays permanently on no matter what form you go to and de-select. The return amount decreases as soon as WCB is selected and there is no escaping it once done.

To contact them, please follow this link: Contact Us. When asked if you wish to receive an email say NO then say "speak to a representative" then hold the line. If a resolution is not found, please as for an escalation to investigate and find a solution.
But as previously stated, I have gone through all of that already. Every escalation was not able to solve the issue. I ended up filing without a solution and have not been offered neither a refund nor apology.
After nearly 20 years, I will not be using TurboTax in the future. These replies repeat themselves over and over and are not helpful.
