Canadian resident US citizen with side business in USA

My wife is a US citizen and a recently-landed Permanent Resident of Canada. This is her first year filing Canadian taxes. In addition to her employment earnings in Canada, she has a small US income from a side business as a self-employed health coach. After business expenses the US income is likely to be small to zero.
I realize that she needs to file both Canadian and US tax returns, but I am unsure as to how she should report US business income and expenses on her Canadian return. I'm guessing Form T1135? Are there any other forms she'd need to file?

Yes she will report her foreign income on the T1135.
