Canno load CD version of TT2023. How to I contact a live, breathing person?

Asl to update language of 2022 version, then says it will resume installing 2023 version, box disappears and nothing happens. What gives?

You can use the download to install TurboTax CD/download, which you can find here:  Choose the 2023 TurboTax edition you need (for Windows).

Download worked but how do I get a working CD copy for my records and future use?

This doesn't work. The standard version will not download at all. Something is wrong at the website.

We just tried and it works for us. Please go to this link and click on the words Download Standard under the picture of the TurboTax software box it will work.  If it doesn't work for you, please try clearing your cache & cookies and try again.
