cannot carry forward a return

Hi

I am using the business incorporated version of turbotax.  I have to file previous tax years so I got the appropriate version.  I filed the tax return for year ending 2017.  I need to file the one for year ending 2018.  Normally, I will use the "Carry forward a return" feature to copy over the previous tax year info and then file the current tax year using current year tax information. 

The problem is the the 2018 "Carry forward a return" feature doesn't recognize the file I used for 2017 tax return.  Selecting the "Carry forward a return" option gives two ways to search for returns.  One lets me pick the file.  The other the program locates it.  Neither option locates the file I used for 2017.  The file format for 2017 is .GB6. 

I am not sure why the file is not being recognized.   Does anyone have any ideas on what is going on here?
