Cannot enter the caregiver amount into Turbotax.

Have followed the directions and it is not showing up on the return.

While your message is well intentioned it is not much help. You have provided a link to the Turbotax instructions which I have already accessed, and which have been no help at all. Using these instructions I have completed the tax return in question three times and keep getting outcomes which both appear to be wrong and are different each time.
