Cannot upload netfile to CRA

Showing the following error
Response Type: FAULT

Fault Details:
Failed to access the WSDL at: https://apps.cra-arc.gc.ca/ebci/pfno/ws/services/FileReturnService?WSDL. It failed with: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target.

additional info.

Reported no internet error while using the application to upload the file. and reported the above error while using manual upload method

The CRA is currently having an issue with their NETFILE systems. They usually resolve these types of quickly, so please try again in a few hours.
