Cannot use Forms Method on TT2020. Programs crashes

Hi,

I'm running an fully update TT2020 on my Dell Win10 laptop.    I've completed most of the "easy Methid", but need to access forms directly.    When I try to change to "forms Method", the program crashes...every time.   I filled out the crash report and clicked send.

Would appreciate help getting this straightened out.
