caregiver amount for infirm dependent age 18 and over

my daughter turned 18 in 2020 and has a DTC, but is not infirm.  I claim the DTC on my return (her income was $2,000).  The program is automatically giving me the federal and provincial caregiver amount credits which we don't qualify for.  I've answered NO to all the dependent questions related to this tax credit, but the credits are still there.

Do I need to override these amounts?

If I do override, can I still netfile?

Yes, you are correct, you need to override these amounts and you would not be able to Netfile. Therefore, we believe your best option is to contact our telephone support team for further assistance, as they have the option to view your screen to help resolve the issue. To contact us please follow this link: Contact Us form. Once you go through the steps and complete the form, the phone number to speak to a TurboTax agent will appear on the page.

Thank you for your patience.
