FYI, if I try to log into the Canada Personal Finance Turbotax 2023 from the main Intuit website. After login we have the option "View all tax returns", "Start new return", "Account settings", "Sign out". The “Account Settings” button does not work.
If you click on “View All Tax Returns” / “Start New Return”, then “Account Settings” will work.
It just doesn't work on the first page since it believe the first page is the "Account Settings" page and therefore refuses to navigate to it.
I was also impressed that the 2FA functionality of emailing a link to log in was not necessary for an unknown device. Glad you at least have the option of 2FA. My concern is primarily with your users rather than myself due to the sensitivity of your website data.
I have let our development team know about the “Account Settings” button not working on the home page and it looks like they already have it fixed. You may need to clear your cache if it's still not working for you.
2FA is only used when you are logging into a TurboTax/Intuit website. The login links themselves are public.
