Child Care Expenses not registering on like 21400 of the summary (for 2025 taxes)

Have been a regular turbotax user for many years without issue. As seen in previous threads, the child care expenses entered are not transferring to the summary (for either my husband or I). We have never had this issue in the past so wondering if this is once again a problem for this year?

@TurboTax_Susan , Exact same issue for me too. Called the phone agent of Turbotax and he mentioned that this issue will be escalated internally as there is a glitch in the system.

Hi, I am having the same problem. Tried everything to trouble shoot. I have been using this program for yrs with no problem.  I am entering the child care expenses and they are not being carried over to T778 or line 21400. Very frustrated.

@Buffeco We suggest you contact our Product support team. They have access to tools we don't have here in Community, like screenshare, and can investigate this issue for you.
