I purchased a standard download from costco. Broght it home and put it in my laptop. It wont register so i gave up and logged in online and did my taxes on there. When i went to file it asked me for the code and i put it in (from on the disk slip) and it dosent work.
So am i out of luck?
I am sorry you are having difficulty with your purchase. If you are trying to register TurboTax CD/Download version, and it's not working, you can ignore it as it is not required to use the program.
Most installation issues can be resolved from uninstallation your software and reinstalling from the download version. Please see link below for you to download:
