Comment je fais pour downloader le logiciel sans le cd et avec mon numéro d'installation que j'ai acheter ?

ca ne fonctionne?  Je suis à mon 10e téléchargement, je tente d,exécuter le fichier télécharger mais il ne s'installe pas
