Connectivity with Revenue Quebec

Can't connect with Quebec website to import slips , the CRA works.

 

Error received : Something went wrong we will help you to solve the problem in a few steps. 

 

But the software doesnt give other steps !

Even if you are using TurboTax Desktop/Download, please clear your cache/cookies, sign out of your return then restart your computer.

Thank you for your quick reply,

I have cleared the cache and cookies from all three, edge, chrome and even windows 11 temporary storage and still did not work.

Please advise.

Are you running as Administrator? Are you using TurboTax Online or TurboTax Desktop/Download?
