I have been unable to download the Turbo Tax Standard that I purchased because I need to reset my password.
I was sent a link a week ago and just attempted to change the password and was given the following code anthvh and told to contact the administrator.

I just purchased the basic online tax form. I have paid from my credit card $22 plus. I forgot to copy the license number. I cannot download the form.
