I have been unable to download the Turbo Tax Standard that I purchased because I need to reset my password.  

 

I was sent a link a week ago and just attempted to change the password and was given the following code anthvh and told to contact the administrator.

As you are still having issues with changing your password or installing the TurboTax product you have already purchased, I am going to suggest you reach out and speak to an agent directly for assistance

I just purchased the basic online tax form.  I have paid from my credit card  $22 plus. I forgot to copy the  license number.  I cannot download the form.

Please help me
