Converting USD to CDN from a T5

I have a T5 where box 27 indicates USD.   Do I have to convert boxes 24, 25 and 26 to CDN when reporting them in TurboTax?  I realize boxes 15 and 16 need to be converted but am not sure about boxes 24, 25 and 26.
