Could not add 30300 for wife who passed away during the tax year

Was trying to refile my tax for 2024. 

Somehow, i am not able to add deduction for my deceased spouse.

I called CRA to validate that I am eligible to claim 30300 but from TurboTax, under deduction, I am not able to find Spouse or common law partner amount.

It says, you are not eligible but when I called CRA they said, I am Eligible.

N.b. - She passed away 2024 october.

I'm sorry to hear of your loss.

If you are using TurboTax Online, you can either search for "Additional information about your spouse" or select it from the left side menu under "Tax Profile". Click Continue on the first page, and then on the second page you can select YES to claiming the spousal amount, as well as provide the information needed to confirm that you qualify for the credit.

I have tried that, but somehow I am not getting any options editable there, and when I click on continue it goes to Mandatory questions, PFB,

So, when you click the continue button on the page in your screenshot, does it show the page in my screenshot above, you just can't edit anything? Try clearing your browser cache (or use a different browser) and try again. If you are still not able to resolve this issue, please contact our phone support team for more assistance.

You can also adjustments using the Canada Revenue Agency’s (CRA) My Account service or you can print & mail a T1-ADJ T1 Adjustment Request.

In the additional information of your spouse page, all the details about my wife is greyed out, I can not edit there as I shared in the screenshot, I can click on continue button but it takes me to Tax return 2024 page.

I have tried clearing the cache also.

Please help. I am using https://ww1.2024.ca.turbotaxonline.intuit.com/ link to refile my 2024 tax
