CRA autofill not present for CD Turbotax Premier 2020

I have recently purchased "CD Turbotax Premier 2020" from costco. The auto-fill via CRA account is not present and such option not also available when I search.

I am a user of Turbotax for past few years and always used this feature obviously. I am looking for support otherwise it is essentially useless.
